As a Judge:
- Eight (8) years as a Circuit Judge in the family and criminal divisions of the circuit court

- Administrative Appellate Division Judge
- Re-wrote Brevard County family division procedures to promote uniformity and more expedient resolution of cases
- Wrote several provisions of visitation/timesharing guidelines now used by the court, attorneys, and litigants
- Served on committee to establish procedures to manage court operations during COVID
- Supervises Adult Drug Court – promoting the reduction in local crime rates by treating drug addiction
- Certified by Office of State Court Administration as a Mentor Judge – helping to teach Judges to be Judges
- Member: Florida Bar, Family Law Section Rules Committee – drafts rules and forms for statewide use by courts, attorneys, and litigants
